Physical Activity

We are on familiar terms with that- health is the condition of our body and mind. It may be good or bad. Good health means healthy body free from diseases. It is essential for everyone to lead a happy life. If we are not in good health, we cannot concentrate on any activity in our life. We may have vast wealth and property, but if we are not healthy we cannot enjoy them. To keep ourselves healthy, we have to do certain things. We have to eat a balanced diet. We must exercise regularly to keep our body fit for work. To increase our physical activity by exercising and using our own strength power. You know, exercise promotes better sleep, reduces tension and depression, and increases energy and alertness. Again, walking, one of the best and easiest exercises is a great way to get started. Besides its physical benefits, walking helps to reduce psychological tension. Walking 20 minutes a day, three times a week, is very beneficial.We should try to work walking into your life. We can walk around the mall, to the store or a nearby park. 
Finally, to care ourselves, the first rule is to put on our own oxygen mask before we assist anyone else. Only when we first help ourselves can we effectively help others.
